30 days to request a return after delivery.
Return window and condition
You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your item. For change-of-mind returns, eyewear must be unused, in its original condition and original packaging. Do not alter the frame or lenses before returning.
How to request a return
Email [email protected] with your order number and the reason for your return. Please obtain authorization and return instructions before sending your item. The authorized return address is Ionikmode, 14 Rue Du Cap, 62480 Le Portel, France. This return address is in France.
Return shipping costs
If we made an error, or your item arrived damaged or defective, we cover the return shipping cost. For a change of mind, you are responsible for return shipping, including the cost of shipping to France. There is no restocking fee.
Damaged, defective or incorrect items
Please contact us with the order number and a description of the issue; photographs can help us assess it. We will coordinate the appropriate return and resolution with you. Ordinary unused-condition requirements for change-of-mind returns do not prevent you from reporting an item that arrived damaged, defective or incorrect.
Refunds
Once a refund is approved, the funds will be returned automatically to the original payment account within 10 calendar days. If you need help locating an approved refund, contact us with your order details.
Preparing a return
Pack the eyewear securely to protect the frame and lenses in transit, and retain your shipping receipt and any tracking information.
